Sandia Peak Tramway

Cost: $65. Includes round-trip transportation to Sandia Peak, dinner (entrée, beverage and dessert), and tram ride. Pay for this group trip when you register for the conference.
We will travel by bus to the base of Sandia Peak, where we will have dinner together at Sandiago's Mexican Grill at the Tram. After dinner, we will take the tram to the top of Sandia Peak and enjoy the views before traveling back down and taking the bus back to the hotel.
You will be able to select from five different entrées:
BLUE CORN ENCHILADAS
served flat with choice of beef, chicken, carne adovada, cheese or crab, red or green chile, beans & red or green rice
POLLO ADOBO
chicken marinated in a sweet-spicy latin bbq sauce, grilled & topped with pineapple-serrano salsa served with traditional Spanish rice & fresh asparagus
PORTABELLA STACK
grilled mushrooms marinated in balsamic vinegar, layered with black bean puree & braised vegetables topped with avocado corn relish, tomatillo salsa, cotija cheese & sundried tomato
GRILLED SALMON
salmon filet with three pepper glaze served with black beans & braised vegetables
GRILLED NEW YORK STEAK
stuffed with a roasted serrano chile & garlic, topped with chipotle butter, served with papitas & braised vegetables
Meal includes dessert and fresh brewed coffee, tea or soda
