Tax Tips for Authors

We will be understanding the differences between an S Corporation and a Schedule C and the tax advantages of having a corporation. Utilizing deductions for your business, travel, the home office deduction, vehicles, , taking a salary and deferring tax dollars with retirement deferrals (401k, SEP, IRA’s). Question and answer session for those issues you don’t find in textbooks.

About the Presenter:

Scott Loden received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. He has spent five years in the commercial development and property management industry and has over ten years experience in public accounting. Scott is fully licensed to provide financial services and investment advice encompassing complete financial planning, from market investments to life insurance.
